Terms of Service

The rules for using On The Radar AI: who may sign up, consent for every photo, ownership of your rap clips, banned uploads, credits, refunds, privacy and liability.
Oct 19, 2026

Effective date: 19 October 2026. This is also the most recent revision.

1. Introduction

On The Radar AI runs a booth-style rap video maker at ontheradarai.video, referred to below as the "Service". These Terms of Service ("Terms") set the conditions for using it. Opening an account, uploading a photo or buying credits means you accept them. If you disagree with any part, stop using the Service.

2. Service Description

The Service turns still photos into short vertical videos that look like a freestyle session in a green studio booth. You add two photos to the booth scene; we compose the scene direction on the server. You may add optional Director’s Notes (up to 500 characters) about the mood, lighting or styling of the scene image; these notes are subject to the same content rules as the photos.

  • Booth scene: exactly two photos, placed left and right in the order you set, for a two-performer clip of about 14 seconds in 9:16 format.
  • Who can appear: you, adults who agreed, or pets, one subject per photo, in any mix.

The Service adds the fixed 679 template soundtrack after rendering the reference-driven performance. The Service does not accept a custom audio upload. The maker shows the resolution choice and its credit price (480p or 720p) before anything is charged. Rendering is available to signed-in users whose balance covers the clip, whether the credits came from a pack or a plan. We may add, edit or withdraw scenes; if we ever launch a different type of tool, these Terms will be revised first. Rendering can pause during maintenance or while a connected model provider is unavailable.

On The Radar AI is an independent service. It is not run, endorsed or sponsored by On The Radar, its hosts or radio partners, Fetty Wap, Monty, or their labels, and any of their names or marks belong to their respective owners. We mention them only to describe the trend people search for. Clips are generated with ByteDance's Seedance 2.0 video model through the API provider Kie, and our Privacy Policy lists every model that receives your photos. Providers can rename, change or retire models, and none of them endorses this Service unless we say so.

Generated video can be wrong, odd or close to what someone else received. Watch every clip before you publish it or rely on it.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You need the legal capacity to accept an agreement like this one. Accepting for a company or club means you have authority to commit that organization.
  • Keep your account profile and billing details accurate.
  • You are responsible for your login credentials and for whatever happens under your account.
  • If you suspect someone else got into your account, write to support@ontheradarai.video right away.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

You remain the owner of whatever rights you lawfully have in your uploaded photos and in the clips made from them. You are responsible for making sure your uploads and your later use of a clip respect the law and other people's copyright, trademark, privacy and publicity rights. Three rules apply in every case: a person may appear only if that person is you or an adult who said yes to being in the clip; a pet photo must be one you are allowed to use; and no clip may be passed off as genuine footage of a real performance, artist, show or person. If a platform lets you mark a post as AI-generated, please do so. Adding a commercial song to a clip on a social platform is your responsibility; use the platform's licensed sound library.

So that we can generate, store and show your clips, you give On The Radar AI and the providers working for us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, send, process and display your uploads and results. That permission exists only to run, secure, debug and support the Service and transfers no ownership.

Everything that makes up the Service itself, such as the code, interface, scene direction, brand, help text and original page content, belongs to On The Radar AI or its licensors. Except where the law allows it or we agree in writing, you may not duplicate, resell, decompile, scrape or otherwise make money from the Service.

5. Subscriptions, Credits, Billing, and Cancellation

  • Billing authorization: When you buy a plan or a credit pack, you allow the payment provider named at checkout to charge the displayed price, any taxes due and any recurring amount shown to you.
  • Automatic renewal: Monthly and annual plans start a new billing period on their own until you switch renewal off. Price and interval are visible before payment.
  • Cancellation: Cancel from the subscription portal, or with the cancel option on the pricing or account pages. Cancelling ends future renewals and usually takes effect when the period you already paid for runs out.
  • Credits: The number of credits a clip costs depends on the scene and resolution shown in the maker. Credits belong to the account that bought them and expire on the dates given on the pricing page or at checkout.
  • Payment processing: A third-party processor named on the checkout page handles payment. Your card details go directly to that processor and are not stored on our servers.
  • Refunds: When a refund is possible and how to ask for one are covered in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights you cannot give up.

Before opening a payment dispute over a charge that looks wrong, email support@ontheradarai.video so we can look into it.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

The rules in this section form our Acceptable Use Policy. They cover every upload, every rendered clip, and any attempt to get around our safeguards.

Do not upload, generate, or help another person upload or generate:

  1. Sexual or NSFW content: explicit or nude material, sexually suggestive performances, sexual services or fetish content. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), any sexual depiction of a minor, and grooming or exploitation of minors are never tolerated.
  2. Violent or graphic content: gore, serious injury, torture, praise of violence, terrorism or violent extremism, weapons-of-mass-destruction instructions, or anything meant to threaten or help cause physical harm.
  3. Hateful or abusive content: attacks, harassment or dehumanizing treatment of people because of a protected characteristic, or calls for discrimination or violence against them.
  4. Deceptive impersonation: clips that make a real artist, host or public figure appear to perform, endorse or say something they did not; non-consensual intimate imagery; identity fraud; or realistic fakes intended to fool viewers about where a clip came from. Using another person's photo without that person's consent falls here.
  5. Intellectual-property or privacy violations: content that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity or privacy rights, leaks confidential material, or breaks other personal or proprietary rights.
  6. Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity: material that is unlawful, supports scams or phishing, carries malware, promotes regulated wrongdoing, takes advantage of vulnerable people, or is built to mislead or hurt.

It is also prohibited to evade safety filters, probe or disrupt platform security, automate access we have not allowed, harvest outputs in bulk, resell access without permission, or use the Service against applicable law or card-network rules.

7. Content Review, Reporting, and Enforcement

Uploads and generated clips go through automated checks that combine blocked-term lists, machine safety classifiers and the moderation built into each model provider. These checks make mistakes, so flagged or reported material can be looked at again.

Report prohibited content, impersonation, a child-safety issue or an infringement by emailing support@ontheradarai.video with Content Report as the subject. Add the URL or account involved, what is wrong, and any screenshots or other evidence. We try to acknowledge reports within three business days, and anything touching child safety or a credible threat of physical harm goes to the front of the queue.

Based on severity, past conduct and applicable law, we can decline a request, block or delete content, switch off features, suspend or close an account, keep relevant records, or refer suspected crimes to the authorities. We can suspend an account immediately when it is tied to child exploitation, terrorism, credible threats, fraud or intimate imagery shared without consent. To appeal, answer the enforcement notice or write to support with the details.

8. Privacy

How we collect, use, keep and share personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Using the Service means you understand that uploaded photos and request data may be passed to hosting, storage, safety and AI model providers when the booth scene you picked needs them.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We offer the Service "as is" and "as available". Scenes, models, credit prices, limits and uptime can change, and we may alter, pause or end parts of the Service for security, reliability, provider compatibility or legal reasons. We cannot promise the Service will always be reachable or that a given photo will produce a particular result.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent the law permits, we give no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or the accuracy of AI output. Nothing a model generates is legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

As far as the law allows, On The Radar AI, its affiliates, service providers and staff carry no liability for damages that are indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive, or for lost profits, data, goodwill or opportunities connected with the Service. Liability that cannot legally be excluded is not affected.

12. Suspension and Termination

Leaving is always your choice, and you can do it whenever you want. We may limit, suspend or close an account if we reasonably think it poses a risk involving fraud, abuse, security, the law, payments or our policies. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle a request to close your account or erase your data.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when our product, our providers or the legal landscape change. We will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date and, where the law requires, give additional notice of significant changes. Continuing to use the Service after a new version starts means you accept it.

14. Governing Law

The laws of the place where the Service operator is established govern these Terms, without displacing any mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to. Please contact us and give us a chance to settle a problem informally before you bring a formal claim.

15. Contact Information
